My name is Tominsin and I am an Integrative Psychotherapist who works relationally, collaboratively, and with deep respect for each person’s lived experience. My approach is grounded in Relational Integrative Psychotherapy and culturally attuned perspectives informed by Ubuntu psychology. This means that therapy with me is not simply about techniques—it is about building a safe, attuned relationship where you can explore your story, understand your patterns, and reconnect with your sense of self.

I specialise in working with adults who are navigating anxiety, shame, trauma, identity concerns, relationship difficulties, depression, trauma, and experiences of disconnection or self‑criticism. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in old relational patterns, overwhelmed by emotion, or unsure how to make sense of their past. Together, we explore these experiences gently and at your pace, paying attention to both your present‑day challenges and the earlier relational experiences that may still shape your life.
